Terms and conditions (Koltm Modular LTD Christmas Campaign)

• The promoter is Koltm Modular LTD Limited trading as Koltm Modular.
• The promotion is open to New Zealand residents (individual persons) located in the NZ only.
• The promotion applies to purchases from Koltm Modular of cabins sized 30sqm, 40sqm & 50sqm.
• The offer is a $500 donation (incl GST) to either Big Brothers and Sisters OR I Am Hope.
• By agreeing to this donation on the customer/s behalf, customer/s are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• Customer is deemed to have agreed to the mandatory requirement of producing all or one of the following on dispatch of gift; quality photo/s, video or customer testimonial (or allow Koltm Modular to visit site and capture content for marketing purposes post delivery).
• The below information on how to qualify and promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.
• This offer cannot be compensated with cash or any other alternatives or upgrades.
• Donation receipt will be sent through to customer once cabin has been delivered.

To qualify

• To qualify for this offer, you must: Purchase 1 of any participating promotional products from Koltm Modular before 31/12/2022 (Promotional Period)
• Each customer is only eligible for 1 donation for an eligible purchase of 1 participating promotional product.
• Each donation with purchase (whether whole or in part) is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Purchase means full deposits paid & cleared for materials before the promotion ends.
• The donation is not transferable, or able to be upgraded.
• The donation cannot be accepted in conjunction with any other offer.
• These terms and conditions and this promotion apply to Koltm Modular only.

• • The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information concerning this promotion or any technical errors that may occur during the administration of the promotion.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or the promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
