Once you've chosen the cabin size that aligns with your requirements, select the floor plan variation that suits & then reach out to us to begin the process!
Once you're ready to chat, we will schedule a call or meeting to go over your preferences & project requirements. This will involve: floor plan selection, upgrades, bathroom/kitchen design, plus discussions on consenting, time lines & foundations.
Your contract & initial deposit invoice will be generated. This deposit locks in your build spot/materials and gets your cabin in the pipeline!
Once your deposit is locked in, factory, resource and building consent will need to be arranged & submitted to the council. Please prepare your site and check on any requirements needed. For example, excavation, accessibility, Geotech report, site survey or pegging. Piles will also be arranged & placed during this phase (subject to availability).
Once your project has begun production at our Auckland site, we will schedule a call or meeting to go over the second design phase. During this phase we will confirm your primary and secondary options for flooring, paint and fitting colour choices.
Whether you are using our transport providers, or your own, a delivery date will be scheduled when production is nearing completion (subject to availability). On delivery day, our team will be there to secure your cabin onto the piles once lifted off the truck via crane and complete any finishing touches needed.
